For this first edition of Art Antwerp, Gallery FIFTY ONE will create a presentation that introduces our artists to a new audience. Our booth will celebrate photography in all its diversity: from old masters (e.g. Saul Leiter, Harry Gruyaert) to new talent, and a classic approach to reinventions of the medium (e.g. Katrien De Blauwer’s photomontages and Bruno V. Roels’ experimentations with the reproducible qualities of photography). Our booth will also be a place of discovery, as we will create a surprising dialogue between photography and the draughtmanship of artists such as Arpaïs Du Bois, Dirk Zoete and Eric Manigaud.
